Tasting notes: dark red colour; aroma of blueberries and cheesecake; the palate is rich and spicy with hints of chocolate, oak and plum; subtle tannins offering a long aftertaste.
Food pairing: meals with red meat, venison, creamy pasta, full-bodied cheese, mixed vegetables or just as aperitif in front of a fire place.
