Method: organic; no added sulphites or other additions; one course filtration at bottling.
Tasting notes: dark red colour; aroma of blueberries and cheesecake; the palate is rich and spicy with hints of chocolate, oak and plum; subtle tannins offering a long aftertaste.
Food pairing: meals with red meat, venison, creamy pasta, full-bodied cheese, mixed vegetables or just as aperitif in front of a fire place.
Quantity produced: 3,000 bottles exclusively.
Serving: room temperature, decanting time 30 minutes minimum.
