A wonderful, unique Champagne that will please first drinkers and connoisseurs alike. Its dosage is ultra-light and yet, this refined Champagne does not have the high acidity one might expect. Its flavours and very pleasant aftertaste quietly develop in the mouth: a Champagne that grows on you with every new sip.

Grape variety: 80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir.
Quantity: 0,75L per bottle
Vineyard locations: Villers sous Châtillon, Breuil, Mareuil le Port.
Production method: Initially, alcoholic fermentation only in temperature-controlled vats followed by malolactic fermentation; subsequently assembled with reserve wines kept in vats at controlled temperatures.
Aging: 2 to 3 years harvest assembly followed by cellar aging of about 4 years.
Dosage: 2 to 3 g / L
Tasting notes:
– Eye: gold color and fine bubbles.
– Nose: round and frank bouquet, a fresh nose and aromas of ripe fruit.
– Palate: lively, full-bodied with hints of gingerbread and caramel.
Food pairing: This fine and lively Champagne is ideal as apéritif when its taste development can be fully appreciated. Very suitable for lovers of champagnes more alive.
